The Hyparz Talent Managers ( point of contact) are in charge of connecting developers with clients for all the stages pre-onboarding. Our Account Managers are the link between developers and clients post onboarding.

What are technical tests, and can I retake the tests?

The Hyparz Technical tests are assessments based on your tech stack to determine your tech expertise and language knowledge. It’ll take you a maximum of 50 minutes to complete these tests. You can take another test after 60 days of failing the first one.

What qualities does Hyparz look for while hiring developers?

Can a fresher apply on Hyparz?

No. Developers are advised to possess at least three years of relevant work experience, as the bulk of developer positions that clients post on Hyparz are for mid to senior level, experienced developers.
